About me
I am an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Iowa. My research focuses on data mining and machine learning for healthcare and public health. I develop methods for graph learning and time-series analysis, with applications in clinical prediction, disease surveillance, and infection prevention. I am a member of the Computational Epidemiology Group.
I received my PhD in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, advised by B. Aditya Prakash, and my bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Vistula University in Warsaw, Poland.
